I’ll share with you my weight loss motivation and how i lost 16kgs
I was in 1st year of my college an 80kg guy. Not too famous, the one whom people liked to bully (It is not an easy task to bully me its that they took there chances). In my freshers i was on stage as one of the candidates of being Mr. Fresher and the judges said “how is he one of the candidates of Mr. freshers, he is fat.” Later on I found I was being sidelined from stage activities due to my look I carried due to my weight. That was the moment when I decided that I have to change how I look. The first thing i did was I started waking up early and started to hit the gym in the morning. I can say that change my life. It changed how I looked and how i felt throughout the day. It wasnt easy though, for the first few days i was like i cant carry on any more but then the feeling of people trying to bully me came and i carried on for 6 months. After 6 months when i checked my weight I had lost over 15kgs. I would say stick to what you are doing and believe in yourself. Now I’m in much better shape or in the best shape of my life.
One more thing. since I’ve changed opportunities have started to come my way.
