Hey there! as promised in this blog will be my first recipe for the month. This recipe is not only clean but is also tasty, cheap and sustainable. Oats banana pancakes is not only good for your gut but is also filled with complex carbs and proteins and good fats. The health benefits of oats are numerous. In this oats banana pancakes recipe we will be using
- Banana – 1 pcs
- Oats – 65g
- Wheat – 1 cup
- Milk – 120 ml
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Salt – half tablespoon
- sugar/stevia/misri/jaggery powder – as per taste (preferably 1-2 table spoon)
- baking powder – 1 tea spoon
Firstly grind the oats in a mixer and make sure it is in powder form and keep it aside. Mash banana in a bowl and then add oats powder and eggs in it. Mix the batter then add milk, salt, sugar, wheat and baking powder. Once all the ingredients are in the bowl, mix it well to form a thick consistency. Adding any kind of dry fruits or chocolate is upto you. Preheat the pan but make sure its not too hot. Put some coconut oil, butter or ghee and then put the batter in the pan. Make sure to flip the pancake only when the bubble starts to form on the upper layer. Flip it twice until the pancake is cooked perfectly. The perfect pancake would dim brown in colour.
