    This workout didn’t help me and I believe it is so because you have not focused on the cardio portion of a weight loss journey. Furthermore, u have not mentioned Hiit, tabata, cross fit or weight lifting programs that are amazing for weight loss.
    Are you sure you are a fitness expert??

      Hey Chandler,
      this was a home workout plan and is supposed to work if you follow proper diet and are consistent with the workout plan. Furthermore the points you mentioned about HIIT, Crossfit and weight lifting programme are related to gym workouts. Burpees and mountain climber are some of the great cardio workout for a home workout plan.
